新しいネームプレート New Name Tags

練習試合などのオーダーオブプレーで使用するネームプレートを新しくした。今回から学年別に色を変えよりわかりやすくした。中学男子テニス部でも使えるように中学生分も作成した。中学生はこれを練習の出欠確認にも使用することになる。人数が多い中学テニス部は練習試合に出られるのも一握りの選手だけである。自分のネームプレートが練習試合や部内戦でも使用されるように、技術を上げ、部内でのランキングを上げるために頑張ってほしい。

なお、今日は３日前に卒業したばかりの前キャプテン阿久根が練習に来てくれ、中学生の練習を指導してくれた。たった３日しか経っていないにもかかわらず、中学生が懐かしそうに彼を見る姿が印象的であった。今後もこのように中学生の練習のサポートに来てもらえると助かる。

明日は高３生卒部式が行われる。高３生の卒部を盛大に祝い、彼らの今後の活躍を願って送り出したい。

今後活躍する新しいネームプレート  The new name tags

We renewed the name tags we put on the order-of-play board today.  We used different colors according to the years (grades).  We also made name tagos for the junior high school boys.  These tags will help not only to check the order-of-play but to check their attendance in practice.  There are only a handful of junior high school boys who can play practice matches.  Only those playing practice matches have their tags placed on the order-of-play board.  I hope the junior high boys work hard against each other to improve their rankings so that they can see their tags used on the board.  

Tomorrow, the farewell ceremony/party for the third-year students is going to take place.  We will do our best to make the ceremony as momorable and magnificent as possible to send off the third-year boys to their next stage.
