関大北陽高校と練習試合 Practice Matches

関大北陽高校に来ていただき練習試合を行った。全体的に相手の方がパワーで上回っており、シングルス、ダブルスともにストロークとサーブに押される場面が多く、相手のミスでしかポイントが奪えない場面が多かった。相手の速いボールに反応ができなかったり、足がついていかないことが多く、今後の練習において取り組んでいく大きな課題となった。今回の試合からの課題をいかに整理し、今後の練習で取り組んでいくかが重要である。今後は特に、自分からポイントを動かせるプレーを増やしていきたい。

We had practice matches against Kandai Hokuyo High School.  Overall, they had more powerful strokes and serves than us.  We lost a lot of matches in both singles and doubles.  Most of the points we won were from our opponents' errors.   There were many points where we couldn't handle the speed and power of their shots.  We need to work on our reflexes and speed in practice.  These things are necessary to dictate more points.
